Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, shaping the marketing direction accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and PR.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Maintain strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, customers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, ideally in the engineering or industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, driving them towards achieving ambitious marketing goals.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, willing to roll up sleeves and execute marketing initiatives when necessary.

• Hold a Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical), reflecting a strong technical foundation.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective engagement with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in Engineering Drawing software, such as SOLIDWORKS, would be highly advantageous, showcasing your ability to offer comprehensive solutions.
• While prior sales experience is preferred, we welcome fresh graduates who possess a strong passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow.
• Must have own transport to facilitate customer visits and meetings.
